    I suffer from …
    I suffer from Bi-Polar II…as well as some other things. It’s sad to know there are so many others that deal with the daily struggle. Makes one not feel so alone with it though..

    yeah ive been …
    yeah ive been diagnosed bi-polar and whether its from chemical imbalance, hormonal imbalance, substance abuse, upbringing, eating habits, exercise habits, trauma, physical conditions, or experiences, its a monster. I still think about the medication given for it and wish there was more herbal medications for it rather than some of the medicaitons they give to you but it definetly takes a while to adjust to the disease.

    @guyguapo I can’t …
    @guyguapo I can’t eat greasy foods, sugary foods, spicy foods. I’ve adjusted to being on a sugar free/gluten free diet. I can eat chicken, but it can’t be fried, but I tried to stick to a lot of Vegan foods because I find I feel better each day.

    @dreadly101 I agree …
    @dreadly101 I agree, but not fully. Let me clarify a bit. Major Depressive Disorder is only depression and in a lot of cases, it’s a disorder all by itself. But with what Badboi wrote, I would say that it would be Bipolar Depression, because he said he had Bipolar Disorder so that means there is a presence of a manic episode.

    Bipolar has a wide spectrum : Severe mania, hypomania, mild depression, severe depression.

    @TheBadBoi2009 Why …
    @TheBadBoi2009 Why your already full of shit! severe major depressive disorder? Would in turn be part of your bipolar, or you havnt experienced mania and therefore only have depression. Take a glass of cement and harden the up.

    @01DancingPrincess …
    @01DancingPrincess Yes very good point. Having bipolar is what has taught me what I have learned. I have learned teh difference between abuse and “normal” I have learned skills I would not have learned had I not had bipolar and because of me having bipolar I am going in to the fields I am in schooling. It is one of those diseases where you can use it or let it use you.

    @elinheartstristin There really is not that much difference between them except one has more manic then the other. Docs way of technicality. Lol

    @01DancingPrincess …
    @01DancingPrincess I am bipolar as well. They diagnosed me with bipolar 2. I have those suicidal thoughts as well. It almost feels like there is another person in your head telling you to do it. Do you know what your triggers are? My husband has a mental issue as well and says things he does not mean so it gets me down but I have a 3 year old so I have to stay strong.

I wish I wouldn’t hav ehad to look so long for the right medication for me. I hope it is not so hard for you. Message me if you need someone to talk to.

  23. Comment by jkolendra — April 30, 2010 at 11:18 am

    @elinheartstristin …
    @elinheartstristin to really kind of sum it up without the medical mumbo jumbo, 1 is the more severe form, with more radical mood swings. 2 is the milder form that can usually be corrected quickly with the right medications. both, however, are a chemical embalance in the brain, and whether severe or mild, it can be very difficult to live with.

    I have bipolar …
    I have bipolar disorder 1 rapid cycling, I live life as full as possible but the depression gets me really bad luckily for me lasting only 5-6 days but when I get the depression I have active suicidal thoughts sometimes it goes as far as active but in 3rd person in other words hearing myself saying You should kill yourselfe rather than I should kill myself
