    when you meditate …
when you meditate you can do the buddah stance. I normaly lay down on my bed. when i did the buddah stance i felt that the meditation was much much more effective the only downside to it is that you have to deal with the pain until your legs feel numb.

    I usually medidtate …
I usually medidtate every now and then and when i do its like for two hours but thats bad i should be practicing every day. For you i would meditate everyday for 10-20min. And remember to disconnect when you meditate. Reach a blank point in that mind of yours. Tip:Breathing from your nose and exhaling from your mouth makes it alot easier to reach that blank point.

    calmdown504 have …
calmdown504 have you ever tried meditating. Meditation has many meanings and one of those meanings is disconnection. If you meditate on disconnecting yourself from the rest of the world as well as disconnecting from your mind/ego. What i mean is close your eyes, dont think of anything dont say anything in your head or speak it just rest your mind and body.
